To ensure the best results and skin safety, please discontinue the use of any Rx topical retinoids, Retin-A, or strong exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs) at least 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment. Arrive with a clean face if possible, though we will always begin with a welcoming double cleanse.

How do I know which facial treatment to book?

Every first-time appointment begins with an in-depth skin analysis. We recommend booking our Bespoke Custom Facial. This allows us to assess your skin condition on the day of your visit and completely tailor the modalities, serums, and techniques to your specific cellular needs.

Why do you currently stock multiple different skincare brands?

No single skincare line can revolutionize every single skin concern. We meticulously edit, test, and curate the highest-performance formulas from premier clinical and botanical brands. This allows us to build a higher-typed, targeted daily ritual unique to your lifestyle.

How far in advance should I book makeup services for a special event?

For weekend events, galas, and special occasions, we recommend securing your experience at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance. For bridal artistry, our calendar commonly opens 6 to 12 months ahead. All inquiries require a secured retainer via our booking platform.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We valuate your time and intentionality, and we ask that you value ours. We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window or no-show appointments will incur a 50% to 100% charge of the reserved service fee.
